Pascale Celerier, author of the famous verbal support in Speech , wrote this preface, which I'm not proud.
The aim of this work is to synthesize and update what I wrote here two years ago, but also to add topics that I had not yet addressed, such as attitude that we need to face abuse. We thus have the nerve of war, but also all other aspects practical management of a firm. Here is the summary (click here to enlarge):
