Students simply vivrent high school, what are the key players of high school life, everything depends on their behavior.
I think every student is different and must adapt our behavior to their personal frame of reference.
My personal rules:
- Getting the same level as their students seem humanly accessible.
- Develop a mutual respect so that they listen to me (advice, explanations) and they do not violate the rules of respect and understanding, not fear of being punished.
- Accept their secrets while guiding them as necessary to the social worker, guidance counselor or the CPE, while remaining outside the situation.
- The best advice in their choice of orientation relative to my experience on the ground in certain occupations.
- Never give in to their demands (to "jump" an absence, leave them out of the establishment, ...) and even more so if there is some form of emotion with these students.
- Provide assistance with homework, explanation of course understood.
