We are currently in France, faced with increasing violence especially among the young and suburbs. Safety is a priority for the government.
A clear social divide appears with very high inequality and a grouping of social classes in suburbs disadvantaged and in revolt against the society that does not integrate them forever. There are now microsocieties inside of our society (This phenomenon has existed since the 1930s in the United States cf W. WHYTE "Street Corner Society"). Example
