The new contracts used by schools to hire management staff are BDCs (assistance contract of employment).
The contract of employment assistance (CAE) focuses on jobs to meet community needs unmet.
It aims to facilitate the employability of unemployed people with social problems and job-specific access to employment.
Contract Period:
The agreement was signed for a minimum of 6 months.
It may be renewed 2 times.
It can not exceed 24 months, including renewals.
Contract type :
The CAE is a private law contract duration.
The minimum working week is 20 working hours. (What are ELSEWHERE contracts 20h).
Suspension and Termination (benefit):
The employee may suspend the EAC to conduct a trial that could lead to employment for an indefinite period or for a fixed at least 6 months.
If hiring after the trial period, the contract is broken without notice.
The employee may terminate prior to PPA his term, when this break allows:
be hired for a fixed term contract of at least 6 months
be hired for a permanent,
to undergo skills training.
Compensation: The employee receives
a salary equal to the hourly minimum wage (or 8.27 euros to 01 July 2006).
